I'm having a hard time producing stuff during the workweek. Maybe this will become just a weekend thing. It's feeling a little forced right now.
However I am thrilled that I caught my passion flower in bloom. I love this plant and it's still full of blooms even halfway through September.

I'm starting to feel more confident with the settings. Some of the flowers are looking rough but it's chilly here today - they're probably freaking out!
I'm probably going to include the chili pepper in tonight's supper.

Full disclosure: I only took 99 pictures because my battery died. I held on as long as I could.
A note about the piggy bank. I got this piggy bank from my great aunt and uncle when I was a baby (it was a baptism gift). It has my name and birth date engraved on it, which I tried to capture, with little success. I'll blame the tarnish for now, but hopefully I will be able to produce a better photo of it another day.

Here are my favourite pictures from the first day of my 100 Pictures project. I'm taking 100 pictures a day (minimum) to learn how to take better pictures. I'm posting my favourites on Flickr and here on Vox so I (and anyone else who is paying attention) can see the progress I make. Lets hope I make some progress.
